Rotary 3020 District Rotary International

Rtn P.Sundar Rao (Ramu) is a 3rd generation Rotarian. His grandfather and father are the members of Rotary Club of Vijayawada, which is a club of 75Yrs standing. Ramu joined Rotary Club of Vijayawada Mid town in the year 1990-91. His club is the biggest club in District 3020 with a membership of over 300. He was the 19th President of this Prestigious Club in the District during 2002-03. This year the club produced its 1st Governor Sam Movva. He was the Champion of Champions in that year. For the 1st time he lead a team of 11 members to Srilanka and signed Sister Club Agreement with Rotary Club of Colombo Midtown in the presence of RIP Bhichai Rattakul. During his year as President the Club hosted both the District Conference and District Assembly. As a true believer in Rotary Foundation his whole family members have become Paul Harris Fellows. He was elected as DGN 2011-12 unanimously.

He is in the Hospitality & Automobile Industry. He is the Executive Director of HT HOTELS & Finances Pvt Ltd and also Director in Sai Swarna Automobiles Pvt Ltd, who are the dealers for Hyundai Cars in Vijayawada.

He is also actively associated with business and other Social Organizations. He is the Vice President of Vijayawada Hotel Owners Association, Treasurer Dist Table Tennis Association, Life Member Krishna Dist Cricket Association. He is a Voracious Reader and loves Playing Tennis. Ramu and Yasoda have two children Krishna & Keerthi. Krishna is doing his masters in computers in IIT CHIGAGO and Keerthi is in her second year intermediatel
